This series of text-based works began in 2022 and, as a whole, are presented as a satire of the language present in self-help culture, as a critique of the ideology of meritocracy, omnipresent in our Western sphere, which has been forced and abused to such an extent that it has become a toxic positivity. Formally, the texts are reproduced with a typography that reminds us of 80s horror movie posters, that decade when Reagan and Thatcher arrived with their brutal capitalism.
