Welcome to my personal web page! I am currently on the job market.

I earned a Ph.D. degree in Political Science from UCLA and currently am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Population Studies Center at the University of Michigan.

My areas of specialization are social and health policy, social epidemiology, and quantitative research methods. My research incorporates theoretical and methodological principles from economics, demography, psychology, and public health to study the political causes and consequences of socioeconomic and racial disparities in health. My current research projects contribute to understanding how the increasingly divergent health and social policy prescriptions by political actors and institutions shape the distribution of resources that affect the social and life-course determinants of health.
